STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

  1. Our invoices are payable within 15 days as per the time frame mentioned in approved quote, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Al Imtiaz & Al Ibtikar Factory for Industries Company reserves the right to request a fixed penaly payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. Al Imtiaz & Al Ibtikar Factory for Industries Company will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  2. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Al Imtiaz & Al Ibtikar Factory for Industries Company reserves the right to file compliant at the competent goverment agency to proceed legal action.  
  3. Al Imtiaz & Al Ibtikar Factory for Industries Company undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Al Imtiaz & Al Ibtikar Factory for Industries Company cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  4. In case of any variation in the delivered, the customer shall notify Al Imtiaz & Al Ibtikar Factory for Industries Company  any claim by means of email sent by recorded delivery to its registered email info@equchef-me.com within 2 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  5. The goods sold cannot be returned unless the product is defective and non repairable
  6. The prices are based on the proposed brands, models and Project quantity..
  7. The attached picture(s) are only for illustrativepurposes. The picture(s) might not be fully or partially representable of the quoted item(s). 
  8. For order confirmation kindly send us the official Purchase Order with Project and delivery location mentioned. Entry and work permit if required by client. 
  9. We provide warranty for all equipment for a period of 24 months against manufacturing Defects. 
  10. Warranty does not cover any Mishandling and any Natural Cause or force majeure events Etc. First 12 months service including parts, remaining 12 months excluding parts, our technical service and repair will be free of charge
  11. All technical and commercial details to be confirmed by customer at time of order.
  12. All contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Saudi Arabian law.
